Return, Cancellation & Advance Booking Policy

This Return, Cancellation & Advance Booking Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases, advance bookings, and transactions made with Hydroviggyan (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By placing an order or making any payment towards the purchase of our products, the customer (“Customer”, “Buyer”, or “Purchaser”) agrees to the terms mentioned below.

1. Product Return Policy
Hydroviggyan manufactures and supplies specialized industrial machinery, including Engine Decarbon Machines and related equipment, which are built, configured, allocated, and dispatched specifically for business use.
Accordingly:
* All sales are final.
* Once a machine has been delivered and accepted by the customer, it shall not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund, except where required under applicable law.
* The Company does not offer any Buy-Back, Trade-In, Exchange, or Repurchase Program.
* The Customer shall not be entitled to return the machine due to:
* Change of mind;
* Business closure;
* Financial difficulties;
* Lower than expected business;
* Lack of usage;
* Change in business plans;
* Relocation;
* Any other commercial or personal reason after delivery.

2. No Buy-Back Policy
Hydroviggyan does not provide any buy-back or repurchase facility for any machine sold.
Ownership of the machine transfers to the customer upon completion of payment and delivery, and the Company shall have no obligation to repurchase the equipment under any circumstances unless expressly agreed through a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

3. Advance Booking Policy
Customers may reserve a machine by paying the prescribed booking amount.
Upon receipt of the booking amount:
* The Company reserves manufacturing capacity.
* The Company may reserve or lock the customer’s city, district, territory, or operational area for future business opportunities.
* The Company may refuse dealership, franchise, or installation requests from other interested parties for the same area during the reservation period.
Accordingly, cancellation charges are applicable.

4. Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy
The booking amount shall be refundable only as per the following schedule:
Cancellation within 15 days
If the Customer submits a written cancellation request within 15 calendar days from the date of booking payment:
* 100% of the booking amount shall be refunded.

Cancellation after 15 days but within 40 days
If cancellation is requested after 15 days but on or before 40 calendar days from the booking date:
* 50% of the booking amount shall be refunded.
* The remaining 50% shall be retained by the Company towards administrative expenses, territory reservation, opportunity loss, sales processing, and operational costs.

Cancellation after 40 days
If cancellation is requested after 40 calendar days from the booking date:
* No portion of the booking amount shall be refundable.
The booking amount shall stand forfeited towards business development expenses, manufacturing allocation, inventory planning, administrative costs, and territorial reservation.

5. Mode of Refund
Where a refund is applicable:
* Refunds shall be processed through the original mode of payment or bank transfer.
* The Customer must provide valid banking details, if required.
* Refunds shall ordinarily be processed within 15 to 30 business days after approval.

6. Delivery Orders
Once the machine has been dispatched from the Company’s premises or handed over to a logistics partner:
* The order cannot be cancelled.
* No refund shall be processed.
* Freight, loading, unloading, insurance, taxes, installation charges, and any third-party expenses already incurred shall not be refundable.

7. Manufacturing Defects
If the machine has a genuine manufacturing defect covered under the applicable Warranty Policy:
* The Company shall repair or replace defective components as per the warranty terms.
* Such warranty service shall not constitute a return, exchange, or refund of the machine.

8. Commercial Purchases
Hydroviggyan products are intended for commercial and business use.
The Customer acknowledges that the purchase is made for business purposes and not for personal household consumption. Rights and remedies shall be governed by the purchase agreement, warranty terms, and applicable Indian laws.

9. Right to Reject Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to reject any cancellation or refund request where:
* Incorrect information has been provided.
* Fraudulent activity is suspected.
* The machine has already been dispatched.
* Installation has commenced.
* Customized manufacturing or branding has been completed.
* The request does not satisfy this Policy.

10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or inability to manufacture, deliver, install, or refund arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions, government restrictions, war, civil disturbances, or shortages of raw materials.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.
